How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Shadow OS, and tap "Cancel Subscription."

What are the 5 dimensions?

Shadow OS offers guidance across five life dimensions: Love (relationships), Career (work and ambition), Energy (health and motivation), Conflict (tensions and difficult situations), and Timing (when to act or wait).

Is my data private?

Yes. Your readings, intentions, and personal reflections are stored locally on your device. We don't have access to this content. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What is the I Ching?

The I Ching (Book of Changes) is a 3,000-year-old Chinese text used for guidance and self-reflection. Shadow OS interprets its 64 hexagrams through a modern, psychological lens inspired by Carl Jung's work.

The app isn't working properly. What should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app, or restart your device. If the issue persists, please email us with details about what's happening and your device model.
